NO MORE
and anywhere else they want to about The Shoutlet
I play a ton of golf and I'm one of those competitive people that has to be good at everything they do. I hate sucking. For years my friends have had to deal with me losing my sh*t. So now I have my Shoutlet I just clip onto my bag and when I need to let out a curse word or five, it's got me covered.
So I watch a lot of rugby and the games are early morning. Go Wrexham. I get super into it. My kids who are fast asleep don't. So I pull this baby out and let 'er rip. I gotta put it somewhere and The Shoutlet is home to a lot of joy, anger, frustration and all the four letter words.
The last thing I want to do is let out my frustration on my kids who are just young and learning. Sometimes I think I'm a bad mom and then realize that all the parents around me deal with similar days. This has become a must have for me with my kids so I can put my frustrations somewhere and come back ready to be a more patient, kind version of me.
The elation I feel after screaming into this. My whole body just resets. It's amazing. I know there's a bit of a stigma when it comes to screaming, But when you can do it and now look like an insane person, it's actually an amazing tool I literally was born with.
I spent 90% of my day just trying to get past writers block. It's a super tough job and requires a ton of patience and grace. Also sometimes I just need a little release. The Shoutet has been that for me. A way for me to just scream into the abyss and then put my head down.
I'm not sure what is more stressful. Parenting my kids or parenting my co-workers. I pull out my Shoutlet a lot more than I thought I would when I just need a quick 10 second get away. The release you get from it is incredible. I'm not sure why I didn't see this as a solution all my life.
It might just look like a pillow, but this thing takes all I can give it and I lay it all out there. If you could hear the things I scream into my Shoutlet, I think you'd want to admit me somewhere. Sometimes you just need somewhere to drop that f bomb.
I was skeptical at first, but The Shoutlet seriously works. It's now a must-have in my mental health toolkit. Every home should have one. I do yoga, therapy, meditation, journaling and all kinds of other things. This is one more thing I can use that I never considered.
Running a company has been incredibly rewarding. Managing a team is hard as hell. Sometimes I feel like I'm their mother and they can drive me crazy. So you better believe I need to scream sometimes. I pull this out often and saves me from being a crazy CEO.
My work gets insanely stressful making sure projects are hitting their deadlines.. The Shoutlet has allowed me to always have a solution when I'm tempted to just let it out on someone.

Why is it that a good hollering can take our mood from fiery to peaceful in a matter of seconds? It has a lot to do with following through on the emotions we’re feeling. Just like crying or laughing can provide a rush of calm in moments of sadness or joy, a good ol’ yell can give us temporary relief from anger and frustration.
